Thanks for getting in touch and sharing this letter.

I have long been an advocate of a change in the law on drug use and possession. Indeed, last month I brought forward a Private Member’s Bill which seeks to immediate, practical changes designed to help problem drug users and calls for the decriminalisation of possession of small amounts of drugs for personal use (you can find out more here).
