I was there at Chapelfield Park on Sunday for the cannabis picnic and I must say I had a really good time. The people were nice, the police were fine and there was no trouble.

We know cannabis is illegal, yes: we smoke either for relaxation or for medical reasons. We don't do it to get wrecked.

Cannabis can ease the pain associated with cancer, fits, cramps and MS.

We are asking the government to look again at the law and look at other countries which are making it legal.

Legalisation could create jobs that will help people pay more tax to boost the economy.
